This might be a little over the top…..I did something similar to my car when I was a kid. Get a CB with a PA jack and mount the PA speaker outside. I was a total clown, as will be obvious…..I had a number of goofy noise makers that you can get at like Spencer Gifts, etc. in my car. Stuff like a Beavis and Butthead, Redneck sayings, animal sounds (I don’t remember if had a pig noise though). It was funny as hell whether using in traffic, stopped at lights, whatever….Or making a broadcast across it like “nice ***”. You will probably be out 60-70 bucks to buy the CB, PA and noise maker. If your friend Piglet has a sense of humor, you and your coworkers will get some laughs out of the deal and well worth the money. You can probably pick up a used CB at a pawn shop and pick up the PA at Radio Shack and the oinking pig online like Ebay.
