Is There A Topsoil Screen/sifter Apparatus I Can Attached To A Mini-excavator, Or Separate Machine Available?

I see stationary machines where one brings top soil to have it sifted. Is there a machine that actually can run across the top soil to a certain depth and pull rocks up to the surface? I have large rocks I am looking to remove. Thanks
