   This answer depends on where that employee is working. Here in the Bay Area our Union employees make more per hour than say a Union worker in the Midwest makes.
   If you call the different Unions they can let you know what their pay scale is.
   You can also look at “prevailing wage” for different areas. http://www.dot.ca.gov/hq/construc/
